When you submit a Gift Aid Audit request, we may collect: Full name, Organisation name, Charity number (if provided), Email address, Phone number (if provided) Notes or message Uploaded CSV or donation data files These files may contain donor data, including personal data.

We use submitted data only to review your Gift Aid audit request, assess the uploaded information, contact you about the request, and provide follow-up support where relevant. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.
